We provide our brands with access to a range of back-of-house services. These support services ensure each brand can concentrate their time on delivering high quality care.


We understand that care recruitment can be challenging, therefore we have a bespoke system in place, which allows us to engage with the right people, to recruit the right people and to retain the right people. We firmly believe that by recruiting people with the right principles, who also share our values, we will retain a high quality of care and provide a consistent service.


Our business is supported through a network of HR professionals who help us to meet the needs of the people we work with, as well as the people we support. Each member of our HR team is dedicated to helping us achieve a deeper understanding of the care sector.

Strategic development

Underpinning our business is a collection of strategies put in place to support people through each stage of their lives. These strategies help us to understand what is happening at a local level and ensure we can provide the correct support where needed. Our Strategic Development team works with each brand, as well as the relevant commissioners, to align our operations.

Quality, governance and compliance

Quality, governance and compliance are key to all our services and we are proud of what we have accomplished so far. However, our goal is to achieve excellence at every opportunity. We work closely with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure our business is regularly audited and we gain feedback from the people we support. We also hold regular clinical governance meetings and review feedback to gain a greater understanding of the issues that occur.


We aim to provide financial support and management information that informs our brands on the best ways to deploy valuable financial resources. We can take a tailored approach that is suited to the size, complexity and existing infrastructure of the people we work with. Our aim is to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to drive excellence.
