Operating throughout London and the South East, Pathway for Care (PFC) provide services to people with learning difficulties and autism. PFC was initially created as a partnership with Reigate and Banstead Council to deliver supported living services in Horley, but since partnering with Fairhome Care, the company has grown significantly, developing new services along the way.
Working with Valorum Care Group, PFC has created homes for multiple people, all operating in a similar location. Each location benefits from a Service Delivery Manager who is responsible for the daily operations.
With the growth of the company PFC has established a team of Positive Behavioural Support Practitioners, led by a Behavioural Services Director. The team grants PFC the opportunity to offer a personalised service to individuals, which has resulted in great feedback from local commissioners.
Chief Operating Officer Rebecca Dunning oversees services in Horsham, Horley, Crawley, Lambeth and Croydon.
