Our Residents

Residents are often referred to us from hospitals.

On admission, a dedicated team member shows them around, introduces them to staff members and other residents and makes sure they settle in happily.

Our team has extensive experience with medication administration, tissue viability management and the provision of end-of-life care. The full-time support we provide is flexible and designed to help build skills, inspire confidence and encourage people to live more independently.

We commit every resident for them to live their best life. Some residents may not wish to take part in group activities in which case we provide 1-to-1 sessions. Our team is highly skilled in finding out about interests and passions, so everyone’s life is filled with meaning and joy.

Empowerment and self-advocacy are important to maintaining a quality of life. Our team enables residents to retain control over their lives and increase their motivation.
