Gender Pay Gap
Valorum Care Group is committed to fairness, equality and transparency in how we reward our workforce. In line with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations, we publish our Gender Pay Gap data annually.
Gender pay gap reporting measures the difference in average pay between men and women across an organisation. It is not the same as equal pay, which relates to men and women being paid the same for doing the same or equivalent work. Valorum Care Group is confident that men and women are paid equally for equivalent roles.
Reporting Years Covered
The reports available in this section cover the following reporting periods:
-
2021-2022
-
2022-2023
-
2023-2024
-
2024-2025
Each report sets out:
-
Mean and median gender pay gap figures
-
Pay quartile distribution by gender
-
Bonus pay information (where applicable)
Context
Valorum Care Group operates in the health and social care sector, which is traditionally female-dominated, particularly in frontline care roles. This workforce profile can influence overall gender pay gap figures, particularly where senior leadership or specialist roles are less evenly distributed.
Our gender pay gap is therefore primarily driven by role distribution rather than differences in pay rates for comparable roles.
Our Commitment
We remain committed to:
-
Fair and transparent pay practices
-
Inclusive recruitment and career progression opportunities
-
Supporting career development across all levels of the organisation
We continue to review workforce data and organisational practices to ensure equality of opportunity and to support career progression for all colleagues.
