Our Story

Adjuvo enables people to live the life they want to live in the places they want to be. We deliver on this commitment by working in partnership with each individual, offering care and support that captures and builds on their strengths, hopes, and future aspirations.

Our current services operate across the South East and the Midlands, supporting individuals with additional needs, including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism and Dual Diagnosis.

All services operate to the same high standards and are led by highly qualified managers who use their expert knowledge (and the support of the wider Adjuvo group) to embed consistency, empathy, and innovation at every point of the support journey.

Our Services

We provide our services to individuals with a wide range of presenting needs and conditions. This includes individuals with:

  • Downs Syndrome
  • Autism
  • Dysphasia
  • Challenging Behaviour
  • Community Treatment Orders
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Fragile X Syndrome
  • Asperger’s Syndrome
  • Mental Health to include dual diagnosis.

Our approach

We work with the individual and their circle of support to establish exactly what they want their future to look like. From this baseline, we use our expertise and partnership links to put the building in place to help achieve this. In practical terms, this work includes:

Working Relationships
We understand that change is never achieved in isolation and so work in partnership with the individual and, crucially, their supporter network when developing plans and support activities.

These relationships are led by our Service Managers, who are able to combine their intimate knowledge of the services with broader delivery experience. The combination means they are an expert point of contact for our partners, able to discuss in-detail how the individual is progressing to include identifying where Multi-Disciplinary support and interventions may be of benefit.

Financial Systems
Suitable Properties

Every property we work in is designed to meet the needs of the individuals who hold tenancy. Working in partnership with developers, this includes the installation of assitive technologies and adaptions are required to ensure every home is safe, secure and ideal in supporting the needs of the individual.

Location

Through extensive relationships with housing developers and Registered Social Landlords (RSL) we are able to offer tenancies in properties across the Midland and South East.
